Return & Refund Policy

Contact support@dividewaterhome.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Eligible returns

Unless a product page states otherwise, unused and unassembled standard-stock items in original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Eligibility depends on condition, product type, destination, and supplying warehouse.

Return costs

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for return freight, original outbound freight, and a restocking charge of up to 15% where disclosed and permitted by law. The approved return address and expected deductions will be provided before shipment.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, final-sale, clearance, installed, assembled, used, altered, and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable except for damage, defect, misdescription, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damage or error

Report damage, defects, missing parts, or incorrect items promptly with the order number, SKU, photos, packaging, and shipping labels. Keep the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and applicable deductions. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside our control.
