Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
We plan to serve the contiguous United States. Availability, service level, and charges depend on product and destination.
Timing and Delays
Product pages should state whether an item is stocked, made to order, or subject to supplier confirmation. We will provide a reasonable shipment estimate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without agreement.
Furniture Delivery
Large items may ship by freight. Basic service may be curbside or threshold delivery; room-of-choice or white-glove service applies only when shown in the order. Customers must verify doorway, hallway, stair, elevator, and room measurements and arrange safe access.
Inspection and Damage
Inspect promptly, note visible damage on the carrier receipt when possible, photograph packaging and damage, and contact us within 48 hours for visible freight damage. Keep packaging during review. This request does not limit non-waivable rights.
Locations
Alaska, Hawaii, territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO and international destinations require written confirmation before ordering.
