Limited Warranty

Unless a product states a different written warranty, DIVIDE WATER INC. warrants to the original U.S. purchaser that covered furniture will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one year from delivery.

Remedy and Exclusions

At our option, an approved claim may receive repair instructions, parts, repair, replacement, a comparable item, or refund. The warranty excludes normal wear, natural variation, fading, pilling, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized repair, commercial use, accidents, pets, moisture, heat, sunlight, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.
