Return & Refund Policy

Eligible Returns

Unless stated otherwise, unused, unassembled, standard-stock items in original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Customer-paid return freight and a restocking charge up to 15% may apply when disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, final-sale, clearance, installed, assembled, used, altered, or hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable except for damage, defect, misdescription, or legal rights.

Damage or Error

Contact us promptly with order number, photos, and a description. We may arrange repair, parts, replacement, return, or refund. Keep packaging until instructed.

Refunds and Cancellations

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery and enhanced service fees are not refundable unless the issue results from our error or applicable law. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production or shipment.
