Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. A product page or written order confirmation will describe any confirmed commercial warranty. Legal rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly or installation, commercial use, unsuitable environmental exposure, unauthorized alterations, and failure to follow care instructions may not be covered.

For assistance, email support@dividewaterhome.com with the order number, SKU, issue description, photos or video, packaging and shipping labels, and relevant assembly details. Keep the product and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
